Information for Patients

New Patients

On your first visit to our office as a new patient, we’ll perform a dental examination to assess your current dental health and identify any issues. During this examination we may take X-rays of your mouth. After the examination our dentist will discuss your dental health with you and provide a treatment and dental health plan.

If you have a dental emergency, please consult our Emergency page. Please note that we only provide emergency services to current patients.

We accept most major dental insurance plans and our front desk team will help you to understand your coverage and prepare your insurance claims. Please note that most insurance policies only pay a portion of treatment or may charge a deductible. You are responsible for paying any amounts not covered by your insurance policy. Because insurance policies differ in what procedures and how much they will cover, we will assist you in determining your coverage and submitting your claim. In some cases, it may be possible to obtain a pre-determination of coverage from your insurance company so you can understand your costs prior to obtaining treatment. We require that you assign your insurance benefits to us for treatment received in our office.

Payments and Fees

To keep costs down for all our patients we require immediate payment for services once the services are completed. We accept:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • AMEX
  • Discover
  • Care Credit

We also accept cash and personal checks.

If you are concerned about your ability to pay for a service, please speak to your dentist prior to treatment. We offer payment plans and treatment financing to assist you with paying for your service. Please note that we will forward all delinquent accounts to collections, and we reserve the right to refuse additional services if your account remains unpaid.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel and reschedule an appointment. This allows us enough time to give your appointment to another patient. If you cancel your appointment within the 48 hours we may charge you an administrative fee.

Please note that our dentists may require you to have a dental examination prior to refilling or renewing any prescriptions you may have.

Patient Referrals

We value our patient relationships and are always grateful for new patient referrals. Thank you for your confidence in us!
